From where I sit, you can’t have it both ways. The first is the claim this poison is supposed to be deadliest on the planet, and even the slightest tiny dose of it will kill you. Only idiots think this traitor was poisoned. Russians are very sophisticated people now after their pain of winning WW11, and losing more people than all the allies put together. And then going through the soviet era into the Putin era. No matter what CNN and the BBC tell you about Putin, he has made Russia a modern powerful country.
