In regard to Clown world and US Embassy using geographical coordinates on mail, Moscow postal authority could decree that geographical coordinates are not a recognised method of address labelling on mail. Of course they should wait until the US undergoes the cost of changed address on all stationery. What does the US do then?
Moscow should just mark all mail that arrives for the US embassy with the geographical coordinates: “Return to Sender Address Unknown” and put it back in the mail system.
