Remember this immortal quote from David Icke?
“Today if you go into a shop to buy food and your credit card is refused by the computer, you can pay with cash. What happens when there is no cash? You are at the mercy of the computer. If it refuses your card or microchip, you have no means to purchase anything.”
They laughed at him in 1991 when he pronounced himself a son of the Godhead. They were still laughing in 1995 when he wrote those words. Will they still be laughing when the corrupt Biden Administration introduces the digital dollar, when no one uses or is allowed to use cash anymore, when the IRS in the USA or the equivalent of whatever country you live in monitors your every transaction over six hundred dollars? When your money supply can be cut off in an instant on the whim of some faceless bureaucrat? And that’s before we mention hacking.
In June this year, a columnist for the Guardian reported that only one in six payments was now made in cash; Rupert Jones didn’t seem particularly bothered, but two years ago an ACLU blogger saw things very differently. Ignore his virtue signalling about “people of color”, neither billionairess Oprah Winfrey nor apparatchik Joy Reid will be the slightest bit bothered if the elites succeed in their goal for total world domination by effecting this essential plank. And it isn’t only the elites who want to enslave us; listen to this idiot; his short video has been viewed on YouTube less than a hundred times in five years. Cash is the currency of criminals, he says. All criminals bar one – the state.

Easier said than done in the USA when it couldn’t be bothered to replace its $1 bill with a coin, introduce a $2 coin, stop minting pennies, or (re)introduce banknotes beyond $100. Today’s dollar is a sixth of what it was 50 years ago, and yet the physical currency system, with the $1 bill still in use and the coin still obscure, doesn’t appear to have changed in function. I guess the EU knew what it was doing (coins of 1 and 2 euros, 500-euro notes, etc.) back when it introduced physical euro coins/notes in 2002.
My ten cents.

We will barter first. If they stick their noses into THAT, they will get them chopped off. This is going to culminate in a Civil War, and THAT may be the best thing that has happened to America since 1776.
DEAD BANKSTERS DEAD POLITICANS DEAD GLOBALISTS
We the people can create cash ourselves locally used. Its already in use in some cities. There is a reason why people have no knowledge what money is. Banksters like it that way.
So all 220 countries are going to go cashless when three billion or so urban and rural people don’t have access to banks, bank machines or the Internet. Millions of businesses such as stores hotels, local transit, tour guides, etc., in rural tourist destinations don’t have access either. Last year it was reported that only 73 percent of USamericans have a broadband connection in their home, and about 9% don’t use computers either because they don’t want to, or don’t know how to, or can’t afford one. Over 7.1% of U.S. households, or a total 14.1 million US adults, are unbanked.… Read more »
Forget Bitcoin, nobody who invested in Bitcoin uses it as means of payment. When cash is gone governments will shut down crypto like they did with gold after WW1. Americans where forced to hand over their gold. If the banksters can create fiat fancy paper out of thin air that didnt cost them anything in the first place, so can we. On a local basis there are already local initiatives to pay with a local created currency. Join them, dont bank with the banksters. Afterall, cash is a trust system of credit and IOU better than barter.
