We can’t catch a virus, it’s the result of a depressed innume system. I would suggest that you consult a naturopathic practitioner and see how you can boost the system using natural means, maybe taking supplements and possibly changing your diet. We are only at the start of the winer season and you have been unwell for a good part of it..
