One small point of disagreement, Alexander. Any additional U.S. funding for Ukraine is now unlikely, at less than 50% probability. If any funds are approved by the U.S. House, they will likely be far less than what Biden has asked for. They may also contain conditions that Biden would never accept, such as cuts to previously approved spending. Mike Johnson checkmated Biden, Schumer and McConnell already on funding the Federal Government.
