Many “Russian oligarchs” who live in Miami Beach are ethnic Jewish Russians.
Miami and Miami Beach must be one hellhole. It houses the Cuban Mafia, along with all the US puppets that have attempted to rule, or have actually ruled, Latin American countries after US regime change operations, along with all the oligarchs which assisted the US in the coups against their own countries, capos of drug dealing empires from Colombia and other places. It would not surprise me that Russians who managed to become oligarchs would fit right in.
