I appreciate Prof. Sachs’s efforts now and in the past, but I’m surprised he didn’t seem to know what he was up against at the time he tried to get the US administration to bail out Yeltsin. The true enemy in our midst: how did the Neocons gain control of power? IMO, by applying massive amounts of money from oligarchs to take control of every institution in the US (and beyond, including the EU and NATO), led by the disenfranchised Jews that had been exiled from Russia who have demonstrated that their hatred knows no bounds of decency. I quite agree. To answer your question, we can’t simply, although it may happen, at first by degrees, based upon resentment of governments as they are generally, and upon specific issues. Later it would snowball, SO, every converstion, aside, and local action, particulalry th esmall things, are mostr important, and not the great solution I will add, that as things snowball, when they do, the solution will lie in nationalistic approches to government – even nations within a state with a dominant culture of central government, and self-sufficiency in localised economies. What’s it all about? To ‘pre-emptively’ attack Russia, based on lies. NATO won’t join all -in now in war which they say is Ukraine is morally right (ignoring all history before Russian invasion of Ukraine with a Special Military Operation ), and wont let Ukraine in until the war with Russia has ended.
