Opinion: Merkel should pull Germany from Nord Stream 2.

All eyes are on the chancellor as calls for Germany to end the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline grow louder. By pulling the plug on the pipeline, Angela Merkel could make history all over again.

I always admire Alex and Alexander but do not think they have any idea of what Putin thinks or why he does things. Let us wait and see what is really going on. Alexander is out of touch with Putin and I do not agree with his assessment with the situation.

I totally agree with you and although it was Navalny’s family who wanted him sent to Germany, it was a master stroke not to keep him in Russia. The German doctors seem to be refusing to release any information to back up their claims and have the stupidity to trot out the old Novichok story which has got the world laughing again. If Nord Stream 2 were cancelled, I imagine there would be a huge outcry from the German business sector which has probably the most to lose. Navalny was transported to Germany at the request of his wife and his other travel company. Seems the transport was planned in advance like they already knew he would be “poisoned”. Anyway, the Germans took their responsibility as employer when Navalny got ill. It is now clear for everyone to see who Navalnys real client is. Especially the Russians will notice.

Well, there’s opposition then there’s opposition. What Belarusian in their right mind would run off to Ukraine for sanctuary, infested with corrupt oligarchs, CIA overlords, Banderite love fests and Nazi occupation re-enactments to cheering crowds. They must be batty as hell.

ridiculous.
merkel is not in charge.
the people that run DE do not sit in the chancelor’s office.
and who the h— is navalny.

i’ve been watching the Duran on Youtube and as of late the anti-RU bias is becoming more and more evident. RU gets blamed for not saving the Greeks or this or for that. The one time factual, non-emotional flavor is being replaced by a hopes and pipedreams attitude. too bad.

I think that it should be clear by now that all European states from Lisbon to Warsaw are working for the US government. The EU political elites are just a paid-up sycophants for American interests. Not much point in voting really; the loyalty to Washington is total.
