The western mainstream media tends to not report on happenings that make the US appear in a less than glorious light. The US had no business at all sending warships into the Black Sea, and our Presstitutes didn’t want to report that they were apparently forced to retreat “tail between their legs”, so to speak. The Daily Sabah would be the one paper that couldn’t well not report it, as these US vessels sailed, highly visible for all to see, through the Bosphorus in the city of Istanbul.
Considering the MSM’s penchant for censoring, that’s good indication that it’s true.

Mike – indeed. I would even go one farther and say that if the western media doesn’t report it, it must be true, or at least it’s far more likely than not that it is true. Actually, on other topics I have read some of the same propaganda in the Daily Sabah that NYT, WaPo, CNN etc. publish. But as the Turks don’t don’t like US interference in Turkey, this one was the exception.
Implement the Minsk agreements. Simple. If the Ukrainian nationalists ‘hold the cards’ and prevent it, then honestly acknowledge that reality & deal with it.

Poroshenko was at least as corrupt as Yanukovych but in the CIA’s pocket. Then came Zelensky, who was elected as a ‘non-corrupt’ entity. The prevailing methodology of Ukrainian politics (and one might say American lately) is, corrupt or not at entry, it never takes long to complete the corruption process.

Zelensky is desperate. His support in Ukraine is zero. He has the military, the oligarchs and the people against him. His wife is far more popular than him (among women). The new lockdown and his stunt threatening war are acts of desperation, hoping to join NATO, the EU or some other club where he can get a job. He is finished.

Russia Shuts Ukraine’s Military Access To Black Sea
It was announced Thursday that Russia will close off the Kerch Strait to all foreign warships for six months amid rising Ukraine tensions, and after the US threatened to send additional warships to the area. The Kerch Strait is the vital, narrow waterway connecting the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, and which importantly connects southern Russia to “annexed” Crimea.
