Agree one thousand percent with Lavrov. Self-sufficiency is the best policy for any country.

How can you have Capitalism in one country anymore than Stalin’s nutty and in the end disastrous policy of National Socialism even the USA and Trumps Fascist notion of Capitalism in one country. Capitalism has been Global since 1914. The true object should be “The Soviet Union of the Planet”! Workers of all lands Unite you have the World to gain! Marx.

Trump’s fascist notion? LOL. The system predates Trump by several hundred years not 107 years. You have Trump on the brain syndrome.

Very disappointed if that is what Lavrov has actually said. Trump is neither remarkable nor likeable character. He is another rogue conman with no moral principles.

US presidents for many decades have been “rogue conman with no moral principles.”

Trump is no different, except that he was more honest about it.

The man plasters his name in big letters everywhere he sets foot. He’s an insufferable, boorish buffoon that would be well suited haunting a Las Vegas casino. He’s also a con man that stiffs construction companies for their work if things don’t go as planned, and even if they do.

Other than that, he’s a swell guy.

Trump exposed the unelected power structure that runs the US. It is very powerful and well-entrenched and recently demonstrated that it can even change vote totals in 5 states without even trying to conceal the criminality. You evidently do not live in the US.

I’m grateful to him for that but he undid it all with his boneheaded forays into the international arena. All that managed was to give the world the illusion that under Biden, America has forsaken the garb of mafia for mafia lite and potentially bring the Europeans back on board. Mafia lite’s far more to their liking.

Could not agree more, Trump is a rogue but my guess would be Lavarov only said that to get up the Democrats nose and support the divide in the US.

The US fault lines need no support from abroad. They’re quite up to the task on their own.

You must be European and not live in the US. You are just parroting CNN and the BBC.

He plays with little plastic soldiers. He thinks he has the fastest missiles and best nukes on earth. He chooses the most god-awful picks for advisors. He’s a dangerous ego-driven despot in the making. With all that said, he’s a tad better than the even more dangerous blithering idiots that ride the DNC Bandwagon.

There, happy now?

An added teaser. The dems think they can taint Trump by false association with Putin but the reality is that they end up tainting Putin by false association with Trump. But the story gets even better. They end up tainting themselves as the final coup de grace, an d in the most horrifying way.

Way to go, dems. That dem bulb flickering in your head is now on life support.

Well said. And all along I thought the great Con Man (er Don Man) was playing 4D Chess. Heck, some of his tactics were so fcuked up that I ASSumed he was playing 5D Chess. But nope, he conned us by not draining the swamp. He’s such a sweet talker too – “Drain the swamp”, “Make America great again”, “Lock her up!”. Usually, it’s men sweet talking the women when they’re chasing skirts. But DonCon sweet talked the frigging pants OFF a LOT of pro-2A “Christian CONservatives” who wasted 4 long YEARS NOT preparing for the battle of their lives.… Read more »

Interesting that the interviewer brought up the fact of Lithium being an acetylcholesterinase inhibitor. Lithium is commonly taken orally in treatment for bipolar disorder and clinical depression. The Charite clinic confirmed the presence of lithium, along with with relaxant drugs diazepam, nordazepam and oxazepam, in Navalny’s system. Hence the Charite clinic statement of the presence of a cholestinerase inhibitor in Navalny’s system. As noted by Lavrov, it was the German NATO lab that made the claim of the presence of Novichok, even though the Germans had earlier claimed that only Russia had access to such a nerve agent. Lavrov questioned… Read more »

The Yank military actually patented novichok.

https://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/c9/fa/1c/d7485ae1cc52f3/US9132135.pdf

” United States Patent (10) Patent No.: US 9,132,135 B2 Albuquerque et al. (45) Date of Patent: *Sep. 15, 2015 (54) METHOD OF TREATING 6,331,289 B1 12/2001 Klaveness et al. ORGANOPHOSPHOROUS POISONING 6,358,941 B1 3, 2002 Snorrason et al. 6,458,812 B1 10/2002 McKittr ”

The US labs and UK the lab at Porton Down both experiment with treatments for nerve agents and to treat something it is vital to have samples of what one hopes to treat.

How big are the samples 🙂

The ex-soviet chemist who developed Novichok in Soviet times emigrated to the US with some of his team, in the late 1990’s. He published a book in the US during the early 2000’s that described the nerve agents development. It was available on Amazon for years.

Novichok translates to ‘Newcomer’ in Russian.

It says Lavrov is finally fed up with the two-faced mongrels of the EU. Who wouldn’t be?
He knows perfectly well that to say that, he potentially pushes the EU further into America’s pocket. The fact that he’s been driven to no longer care is HUGE.

…all very nice, still democracy is a 1.000.000 times better than the sinister dictatorships of China, Korea, Venezuela, Russia, Saudi Arabia and all African dictatorships (long list) and all the other…all this conversations in those dictatorships would lead to life imprisonment or death…never forget that!…

…all very nice, still media in Russia is not independent at all…if the journalist is not nice and subservient to Mr Lavrov he will deported to Siberia or be incarcerated without accusation or sent into the river with a bullet in the head…I can remember the recent story of Russian doctors that denounced the working condition during the covid pandemic and that flew from the windows of the hospitals (because supposedly the committed suicide!)…

I can’t for the life of my figure out why the Russians don’t respond to the latest round of US sanctions, supposedly to punish Russia for their completely lawful treatment of Mr. Navalny, by slapping reciprocal sanctions on the US over their vastly more draconian and injurious attempt to extradite Julian Assange to the US to face a rigged trial under the ridiculous Espionage Act, a relic of the first of several “Red Scares,” an anti-civil liberties law, orchestrated by Woodrow Wilson in 1918 to put all socialists and pacifists in prison.
