To be precise, the states of Germany and Russia still exist, and Russia, at least, seems more powerful and resilient than ever. China is still growing in power. The current regime in the US, which seems more ruthless and deadly than both the Third Reich and the USSR ever were, will definitely go down hard and vanish from the face of the earth.
