Firstly, South Africa is fast becoming a fourth world country, with an average IQ 68, which is classified as Mild Mental Retardation. The Blacks inherited a first world country built by the white Afrikaners, but its infrastructure, agricultural sector and economy is now collapsing, with control of the country now in the hands of black Africans.
India is not much better, with an average IQ of 76, with 18% of the entire population of the world, living in such a relatively small country, with an area of 3.28 million km2.
In contrast, China has a similar population, but with an area of 9.3 million km2 and a much higher average IQ.
As for Brazil, it is only one CIA led coup d’etat, away from an exit from the BRICS.
Anyone of such low IQ and non-white should be electrocuted!
