US VP Joe Biden gets touchy feely with US Secretary of Defense, Ashton Carter’s wife. Twitter users respond

During the swearing-in ceremony for the new US Secretary of Defense, Ashton Carter, Vice President Joe Biden welcomed Ashton’s wife, Stephanie, to the podium. The dirty VP placed his hands upon Stephanie’s shoulders from behind for 25 breathtaking seconds. Biden then pushed his nose into Stephanie Carter’s hair and proceeded to whispered something into her ear, before sliding his hands halfway down her arms.

What did Biden whisper? Only Stephanie Carter knows, but you could bet it was downright dirty.
