Alex, your updates are the highlight of the day for me – always upbeat, informative and with lots of laughs. You could of course do them from your office, but the icing on the cake for me is being a tourist in Greece in places I would probably never visit. It is a beautiful season with all the colours of nature, the visits to the amazing buildings and the history lessons. I know I’m a bit off topic here, but a huge thank you anyway.

It would be great if you get it… you could buy that Hugo Boss watch off that guy, and a nice Villa in a very pricey neighborhood, perhaps next to Elenski’s.

Kherson’s cancelling of debt sounds like the ancient Mesopotamian custom or the ancient Israeli Jubilee. Sounds like a great idea to me.
The debt jubilee is indeed biblical! It’s in the Old Testament, Leviticus 25, where God commanded the House of Israel to observe a year of Jubilee every 50 years. The Jubilee year, the Bible explains, was to be a year of rest, including the forgiveness of all debts . . .
