I think this is a bit of melodrama and suits the government’s purpose of keeping the people worried and fearful. Better to keep their attention somewhere else and not on the creeps and crooks running our own Western Governments.
Sigh! Start a world war to stop a civil war and revolution in the country! Difference is the US is taking the rest of the world with it!
