Ex-President Donald Trump excoriated predecessor Joe Biden for allowing one of America’s worst defeats ever as Taliban fighters recaptured Afghanistan, while the current commander-in-chief was conspicuously silent on the debacle. “What Joe Biden has done with Afghanistan is legendary,” Trump said on Sunday. “It will go down as one of the greatest defeats in American history.”

To be fair, Trump was also on the verge of pulling out US troops from Afghanistan, but the politics got in the way and the same Democrats that are now supporting the withdrawal were then screaming betrayal if Trump withdrew their forces. Notice that Trump is now calling for Biden’s resignation and the show goes on. It’s a circus. In a nutshell it does not matter who sits in the White House you end up getting more of the same and the average voter, who is generally thick as a brick, thinks there is a difference between the Republican and Democrats. I literally think if he fondled a child on camera the media would say it’s the kids fault and that Putin must have put the kid up to it somehow. Far more likely to be carried out of the whitehouse in a straightjacket or coffin, which I’d be completely ok with.
