Truckers have blocked a US-Alberta border crossing. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police mounted in their trusty police cars tried to move them on. Farmers arrived in their tractors and broke through the police barrier to join the truckers. The police were helpless. They tried to get towing companies to start moving the trucks, but they refused. The mayor called up tow companies in Ottawa to get them to start towing the trucks off the street in front of Parliament Hill, but they said, sorry, we have covid.
