I read somewhere that an entity/org closer to the opposition took an unofficial poll/survey at the election and admitted Lukashenko had probably around 50% and the opposition under 30%, everyone should take it with a grain of salt…but the phony claims the opposition were the ‘winner’ are just wishfull thinking.

That’s what you get if you base your “analysis” on what western media know or write about Russia and eastern europe: Cluelessness. Putin and Lukashenko are rebuilding the union state. They have regularly been meeting, twice in Sotchi last year. Soon, Belarus will be part of the russian federation again. The keystone cops in Washington tried their one-trick-pony plan with zhe glamour girl Tichanovskaya. But Russians and Belarussians are not as stupid as the Arabs which the U.S. can fool time and again with zhe same bullshit. When that didn’t work – probably to zhe complete astonishment of the Neocon… Read more »

Nobody else than Mercouris penetrates so deep into “current events” regarding international affairs as does Mercouris. He is all alone; he is a unique genius.

PS: In this video he constantly emphasizes that he is not sure that his interpretation is correct, and that only subsequent events will either confirm or disconfirm it; but does anyone here know of any single instance in which his “speculations” have subsequently not turned out to have been true? Not only are his analyses scrupulously factual but the logical process by which he reasons from those facts is equally scrupulously sound. So, I ask here: does anyone know of even a single instance when he has turned out to have been wrong?

In this day and age, a de rigueur analysis demands that one must begin with the assumption that the west is behind anything that benefits their agenda and then work backwards to attempt to prove it wasn’t.

On the other hand, a typical western MSM rigor mortis analysis demands that it doesn’t.

Yes, he is a genius, but thank God he is not alone. In good, but relatively small company, but not entirely alone.

Alexander, please do a programme on Nicaragua! A country to keep an eye on for another attempted US coup is Nicaragua. The US cannot stand that the Sandinistas booted out its puppet dictator, Anastasio Somoza, in 1979, and also defeated the CIA-backed Contras. The CIA has also made several attempts to overthrow the present head of state, Daniel Ortega, with its usual and rather tired old game of instigating and funding protests. Following failures in this regard, the US and various poodles like Canada have imposed sanctions on Nicaragua, which are causing Nicaraguans substantial economic and social stress, precisely as… Read more »

After the shit what happened in Equador, those concerns are more than justified and the AmeriCunts and their usual accomplices + partners in crimes tried for some time.
In Equador after the first election round such a 180° turnaround? Does anyone with half a brain in this solar system believe this shit? After the desasterous reign of the deeply corrupt/criminal Moreno Regime….now Equador will turn into total neoliberal/globalist shit- and hellhole like Honduras, this is the foul rotten smell of systematic AmeriCunt meddling rigging and full blown fraud…you can call it a ‘Coup D’éta’ Light.

The US tried its usual nefarious coup d’état process to topple Evo Morales in Bolivia as well, and installed one of its puppets as interim president. She resoundingly lost and was forced to run away to the US with her entourage of miscreants. Bolivia’s new president, Luis Arce, who won with a landslide victory last October, has brought socialism back and he intends to revive ties with left wing South American countries. His win resurrected the Movement for Socialism (MAS) party, which some observers thought was doomed after its figurehead, Evo Morales, was driven out by what supporters call a… Read more »

I just recently read that Bolivia has signed a contract with China and will sell it lithium to China. Imagine how many lives could have been saved, and how much suffering could have been prevented, if the US had simply attempted to outbid China about the price of Bolivia’s lithium. A civilized nation would have gone about business that way.

Perhaps the big attack on the jihadi base near Al-Tanf was to warn the US that there are limits.
