Something to think about.
This came to mind gradually as our Chief Editor Alexander Mercouris has been carefully chronicling the war in Ukraine and the actions taken by European and American officials to try to punish Russia and its leadership.
Nothing has worked the way it was intended to. Russia itself is relatively unscathed by any actions, economic or otherwise, imposed by the West. Sure, we are inconvenienced here, we cannot easily travel anywhere as we did before; we cannot buy certain items, and we cannot send or receive money to or from the West, but nothing is in any kind of tragic disarray.
However, the West is in a world of ecomonic and social hurt. Food shortages, gasoline prices spiking to fully three times Trump-era price levels, social unrest, the iincreasingly violent and vile demands of the leader of the most corrupt European nation on earth, and the inability for the West to smell the rat in their midst…
Maybe this is what was predicted? Saint Lavrenty Chernigov is a Ukrainian-born saint, not a “great Russian” by any means, and he had a lot to say about the fates of Russia, Ukraine, and the West.
Watch and think this over for yourself. But remember also, prophecies are sometimes given as a warning: Repent OR this will happen. We choose our own fate. Repentance, getting back into the right relationship with God, can make a difference. Just ask the folks from Nineveh.
