All the fine distinctions between treaties, memoranda of agreement, and the like have become far less important now that the US government has set the tone by demonstrating its utter unconcern for any such things.

If British “peacekeeping forces” enter Ukraine, they will very probably rest in peace.

Put Starmer at the front of the line.

Mr Christoforou says that the Starmer crew want to avoid stability. Of course they do! Just look at the state of affairs back in Britain – chaos and impending bankruptcy, threatening to get steadily worse.

Of course they want to distract attention from their horrible domestic mess.

None of the NATO nations on the Baltic have even a fraction of the fighting strength of Ukraine. In this sense, the progress of the SMO may have deceived people like the Finns and the Swedes into grossly underestimating Russian power.

I’m part Finnish and I greatly fear for my people. I wish George Galloway was PM so this mess would never have happened in the first place. Tories are worse than Starmer (My friends nickname him “Stalin”) and not sure about Reform or Tommy Robinson! If the UK tries it, they will get a nuke up their backsides and they will certainly deserve it. Trump won’t help them. As for a trade deal, forget it. If Trump wanted one, the Irish Lobby in the US will put paid to that!

Trump is light years ahead of the game and he’s known for his long memory. Sending a team of people from the UK to help Harris at the election will never be forgotten and Trump has already said he doesn’t want the appalling Mandelson as UK ambassador. So we can be sure he knows what the pathetic stooges who run Europe are trying to do.
