If one looks up on You Tube the video “5-22-2022 scott ritter discusses responses” one will find Scott delivering a persuasive argument as to the probability that Ukraine is using the fighting in Dunbas to allow/buy time for Ukraine to reconstitute it’s military. This video left me with the distinct impression that the forgone conclusions emerging that Ukraine is in the throes of defeat may be premature.
