Of course, military leaders object to intervention in Ukraine. They have the intelligence to recognize a lost cause when they see one.
Don’t think the idea of those surrendering are given the right to move to a third country, they would obviously want to move to US/EU/UK, and live to fight another day. Putin has got more in his kitbag than to allow such a thing to happen.
I think the public unrest in the UK are vexed over Boris’s partying, because now the public in the UK can’t afford to party legal or otherwise, because the economic state is that bad they the public can’t afford to party.
Really glad that the Russians are going to wait this out to save the brave Russian lives. We the people in the sane world are waiting with bated breath to see just who is in there.
