I don’t see the point in the situation being passed on to any other body, every organisation belongs to the US so it’s a given Russia will banging it’s head against the wall, better to get on with the job that needs to be done. ASAP.

Annexation in my mind is not the correct term as it implies, here in Canada, a government taking over land by force, rather than a province voting whether to belong to a state or not. This was a choice NOT an annexation!
