There is little difference between the doctrine of Arian Supremacy of the Nazi regime, and the Jewish Supremacy of the Zionist regime. I think the Russians didn’t collapse Ukr’s energy grid in 2023 because they didn’t want to cause suffering for the people. I think they have collapsed it in Kharkov to push the civilians to leave before the war & destruction starts, and the weather is getting warmer so thecivilians won;t suffer too much w/o heat.
also, it seems the R’s have concentrated on taking out small but vital parts of the grids so that they can be brought back asap once the fighting is over.
