I don’t know about any of the others, but President Lukashenko of Belarus was allegedly offered $1 Billion to go along with the lockdown fraud etc. and he had the integrity and courage to refuse. This refusal was immediately followed by a regime change coup attempt against Belarus, which so far has not succeeded, perhaps because Russia came to his rescue.
