Lawyers for Nike have filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in a US federal court against the Brooklyn-based company MSCHF, after backlash over the controversial ‘Satan Shoes’ made using its design – which have already sold out.

Nike had no problem with the holy water shoes. Give me a break. Their liberal stupidity just hurt their wallet, that’s only reason they are suing. Everyone should drop these companies.
The corporate world of trainers, sneakers Jimmy Choos etc etc is way beyond me. I grew up in a different era, where if you had footwear which allowed your feet to grow correctly, stopped them getting wet, and lasted until you grew out of them or they were worn through, you considered yourself fortunate. Those who would spend £1,000 or thereabouts must have more money than sense, which to me is bordering on obscenity.
I rather spend that $1000 on a sweeet custom built SlimBook lappie from Spain with a powerful AMD Ryzen processor that blows away any MacBook in price & performance & which supports the global Open Source Software community. But that’s me though.
