I trust no one thinks that Biden actually makes decisions about the future of te world. Biden is lucky if he is allowed to choose what he will have for dinner.
Thank you “penrose”! That is a valid point. However, one still has to wonder.. If there is such mounting opposition to the US adventure in Ukraïne within the US, it seems unlikely that subordinates alone could have such political influence without the knowledge of others around them. I would still argue that the authority of President Biden still carries the most weight in the current policies being carried our on the name of all US citizens.
