Russia has said many times that it knows where all Ukraine’s command and control centers are. What is keeping Russia from hitting them and bringing this war to an end?
I am only guessing here, but perhaps Russia figures that all it would result in is their opening new command and control centers elsewhere etc. etc. Perhaps Russia feels it’s easier and cheaper to simply watch the C.W.’s self-destruction from their comfortable front row seat. The wait may not be all that long.
