Regarding the Kiev regime’s reasons for compulsory evacuation of Donetsk, it is clear they have seen what has happened in Kherson once it was liberated. The people of Kherson have become an impediment to any thought of Kiev taking back this territory. An interview appeared in NPR yesterday where a Ukrainian battalion commander (Shatalov) was giving his thoughts on possibilities of retaking Kherson. MANN: But Shatalov says retaking Kherson will be costly and will only get harder in the days and weeks ahead.
