“You take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, revealing a truth that is usually kept hidden from the public: it’s not the US presidents giving orders to the CIA and FBI, but rather these agencies are giving orders to the presidents. This reality needs to be obscured by the US state because it undermines the facade of American democracy.
John F. Kennedy and Donald Trump, despite being vastly different individuals with distinct agendas, share a commonality: both challenged the CIA, FBI, and the overall deep state, and both suffered consequences for it. Although I admire Kennedy somewhat, I recognize Trump is an idiot.
Kennedy’s conflict with the deep state arose from the CIA and FBI’s disregard for his directives, particularly their attempts to incite a war against Cuba. After the Bay of Pigs incident, Kennedy was resolved to dismantle these agencies. Reflecting on the magnitude of the Bay of Pigs disaster, Kennedy reportedly said he wanted to “splinter the CIA in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.”
Kennedy understood the power and objectives of the deep state and decided to confront them. He astutely initiated direct talks with the Russians to ease US-Russia relations, attempting to bypass the deep state’s influence. This move could not be tolerated, and ultimately, Kennedy was assassinated, with the official narrative pinning it on Lee Harvey Oswald, despite enduring skepticism about the “single shooter” and “magic bullet” theories.
In contrast, Trump’s approach was less calculated. I previously shared a video featuring Christian Parenti, son of Michael Parenti, in which Christian likens Trump to “a toddler with a hammer going through the living room hitting stuff,” a sentiment with which I largely agree. Trump misunderstood the workings of the American empire and ignored the counsel of those more knowledgeable than him, due to his misguided belief in his own superiority. Like Kennedy, Trump’s challenge to the deep state made him a target.
Despite Trump's shortcomings, his very ignorance may have made him the only candidate willing to challenge the deep state. His motivations were not rooted in a love for peace but in his background as a businessman. He failed to grasp, as Major General Smedley D. Butler once observed that "War Is a Racket" and it's the biggest racket there is. Trump's economic policies might be detrimental to the average person, but his willingness to confront the deep state sets him apart from other candidates. So thanks to the fact he is the only candidate opposing the deep state he is the best candidate we got if we hope to stop the war.
I fear we are heading towards a final showdown akin to Bush's "Axis of Evil," but on a larger scale. The West's dominance is obtained by its control over the oceans; it suggests that the first move in such a conflict would be a complete blockade of sea transport. This is evidenced by China's Belt and Road Initiative, which aims to secure land-based trade routes to mitigate the impact of a Western sea blockade.
Some argue that war with China is unlikely, but as scholars like John Mearsheimer suggest, China avoids conflict not out of benevolence but because time is on its side. If a conflict with this ultimate "Axis of Evil" does not occur, the US and its allies will be overtaken by China, which would then reshape global dynamics, ending the West's ability to oppress and exploit the rest of the world.
The pressing question remains: when will this final showdown occur? Could it be imminent? Maybe they decide now is the time.

Both Kennedy and Trump are compromised. We have to stop putting our faith in parties or personalities. They will inevitably fail us.

The Divided States of America (DSA) is approaching its 250th birthday. Time for a breakup. Use the Mason-Dixon line and the Mississippi River for four pieces. Split off the Coastal Crazies for 6. Make adjustments as necessary.
Goodbye, Schlammerica.
Yes, and bring back segregation through voting on it.
B.S.
Trump challenged No One.
The Deep State ruled and manipulated Trump like the amateur he is.
NOTHING changed under Trump.
Trump is an idiot but he did oppose deepstate not because he was a peace loving guy but because he thought war is bad for business. He was not manipulated, he was just stupid but thanks to his stupidity he thought he knew better and he opposed deepstate not based on ideology but simply he thought it’s bad business. Yes he is stupid and amateur but still he is the only one who opposes them. That’s why they don’t wanna allow him to win again. This time he could pick people who will do what he told them to do… Read more »
Your first statement is correct, Trump is Stupid.
To think Trump will do anything intelligent is contradicting your first statement.
Then why they oppose him so much and do everything they can so he won’t become president again. He can try to take revenge on them for how they treated him. He is stupid but as Christian Parenti said in my earlier post: “But I must say that in researching this article I developed a certain kind of um understanding not quite sympathy but an understanding of the panic of the national security establishment. Which is that you know you can imagine how they could convince themselves that this guy is working for the enemy. Because what he did was… Read more »
Watch video i attached to this post and listen to Christian Parenti here you got quote: “But I must say that in researching this article I developed a certain kind of um understanding not quite sympathy but an understanding of the panic of the national security establishment. Which is that you know you can imagine how they could convince themselves that this guy is working for the enemy. Because what he did was contradictory but in significant ways was really really threatening. I mean the stuff he did around NATO was, I mean he hated NATO. I mean he wanted… Read more »
