 Although India and Pakistan have less then 200 nuclear warheads each, India has thermonuclear weapons (Hydrogen bombs), whereas Pakistan has lower-yield fission-only nuclear weapons (Atomic nombs).

If a hot war turns nuclear between India and Pakistan, the Pakis will be annihilated, simply because Pakistan has less than 130 cities with a population above 100K, whereas India has over 300 cities with a population above 100,000+, and India also has City killing Hydrogen bombs, unlike Pakistan.

The number of things that Alexander will not mention would fill a book. The recitation of Pakistan’s problems is no recipe for fomenting a vicious and escalatory terrorist attack on India.
