I would address casualty numbers. I believe they are accurate, but most people dismiss them. In my opinion, these numbers are real. People forget that Russia is on the offensive, and they also forget that the normal casualty ratio for attackers is usually 1:3—and that was before the introduction of drones. So, casualties in the range of 700k to 900k are actually an achievement for Russia, not a failure. If Ukraine were doing well, then for 700k Ukrainian casualties, Russia should have taken around 2.1 million casualties. Anything below that is a positive outcome for Russia. So if Russia has… Read more »
The casualty numbers are about as accurate as USAID is not corrupt, and is about humanitarian aid.
No one that has been paying any attention to the war from the begining could believe anything except the fact that Ukraine has been taking casualties at disproportional ratio and has taken so many causualties they have for all intent and purpose run out of men to fight.
I agree. From early on it was 10:1 Ukrainian:Russian, then it went up to 12:1 and now it’s 15:1. So Ukrainian dead is now well over 1 million and counting.
Honeychild, you have to stop reading and watching MSM. If you do, it’s fairly safe to assume that the opposite of what they say is probably the truth.

Rubbish.
Let’s not forget those minerals are of great value to the Elon’s industries, and would make a very neat payment to the campaign support (around 300 million) the now president received.
I would agree with the “string along” theory. I suspect that, for now, President Trump follows the mainstream narrative. However, once his representatives travel to Kyiv & Moscow, they will learn the truth about the actual situation on the ground, and the real casualty numbers on all sides. And then, President Trump will announce publicly that the Ukraïnian government had been lying to the entire world. Then, President Zelenskiy will be dropped, and the US will have a good reason to withdraw completely from the war in Ukraïne.
I suspect that Trump is angling for Russia to sell the rare earth minerals cheaply to the US, so that they rely less on China. He may think that pulling off the dogs of Ukraine from Russia will earn Putin’s respect and make the deal. However, I am sure there will be many facets to any deal that will end the Ukrainian war. Putin, like Trump, will want to score points on the world stage. He will want the whole biolabs topic aired, worldwide. He will want the Nazi problem in Ukraine eradicated and he will want the Ukrainians responsible… Read more »
It is time for the US to turn its back on Europe all together. No NATO, No aid, no nothing.
Screw Europe.
I can envision the Europeans rejoicing once the Yanks depart. De Gaulle was certainly on to something.
Let them rejoice, in a decade they will be impoverished and reaping what they have sown. Europe has nothing of any value to the rest of the world, and it has burned its bridges with the US, Russia, and China. Let it rot, it has never been anything except a cesspool of war, hate, and exploitation for its entire existance.
Left to itself it will return to its tribal waring ways, and destroy what little it has left.
Bridges with China and Russia burned at the USA’s behest (puppetry and manipulation) and not the Europeans’ own volition. How convenient it is for a Yank to act high and mighty, from the comforts of two whole oceans, after what the US (CIA and Deep State) did to prevent Europe-Russia integration.
I am sure Europeans would all sigh and sign of relief.
Why do you keep calling the rare earths ‘Ukraine’s resources’? They’re Russia’s resources now and I don’t suppose they’re for sale any more than those already existing elsewhere in Russia. I can see no way in which they’d be sold off cheaply to the US.
In an image published on RT of the returning Russian prisoners, there in the second row was a soldier with Asiatic features, obviously from one of the Russian ethnic groups. A lot of the people commenting came out with things like: ‘oh look, a North Korean soldier’.
Trump has become distracted by greed in his bid to obtain rare earths from Ukraine, which is inducing him to prolong his engagement with Project Ukraine, and might end up him owning, and holding the bag on, the Ukraine fiasco.
What is the No 1 Deadly Sin? Pride!
Trump is PROUD of his ability to win in deals; proud of his prowess in winning deals!
