Greetings Mr. Mecouris, 5 million seems a bargain price to get things working again? Maybe this is important at other levels? The enemy continues to probe source (s) for these efforts, maybe this country still colonies of Spain, France and England? We have fun! Biden not having a exit strategy? You sure thats correct? I’m thinking that they have woke up to the consequences of a.i. running off with their country with 7 countries 5 yrs. and now with the part that ‘We dont know why’ have to deal with the failed aftermath. The trouble with international treaties and agreements is that certain countries have a nasty habit of backing out of them with impunity. Notably, the US. There are no international consequences. None. Cyber attacks can be launched from anywhere – from space, the air, land and sea, and also from under the sea. The more sophisticated the attacks, the more sophisticated the cover-ups. Yes, and if it happened to come up with a Cyber Warfare Treaty for countries to ratify, you can bet it would design in a few holes for itself and its cronies to wriggle through. The US can be trusted to be untrustworthy.

L.O.L. Correct me if I’ve got it wrong. Didn’t Putin approach the U.S. asking to compile such a treaty and was rebuffed by the U.S. ?

Déjà Vu – Some time ago [2014] Russia + China proposed + drafted an international binding treaty to ban + outlaw any militarization of space [Earth’s Orbit and Moon…so far]…BUT it comes maybe as a surprise, the AmeriCunts indignantly rejected the proposal.
