What a schematical attempt, what are The Western Powers when Eurasia which includes all of Europe is applied? Not much left, Huh? 3 Contentinental Tectonic Plates, Azores, This Country.., Europe and Africa. Keep it simple, we want, if available, a 3 levels of the world capability. I have limited knowledge about Russia and China, never having been to either country, and actually not knowing any Russians and Chinese I could talk to to get better informed. Just looking at both countries (via literature and films etc.), it seems that they are not natural allies, with huge differences in culture, religion, customs, traditions, history etc. I conclude that their alliance at present is solely the result of US/Western aggression, hostility and threats against both.
