Let’s speak about CHarisma, and Prigozhin. Only the person in actual presence can be found to be charismatic, for real. P.S. I suspect that many woudl say Putin is not particulalry charismatic through knowldge of celluliod appearance, though some who look intently would hazard to guess that he is in person. And, of those who meet him in person regularly , I would guess, and have heard, that he is in fact charismatic. One major feature of charisma is to inspire great trust and confidence.
I myself beleive all such inspired trust and confidence is communicated by divine grace – I.E. is charismatic, and is not merely a product of giving the right signals and assurances, or impressing with resources, indications of power, knowledge, gifts.
