Ukraine will be integrated into Russia or (more likely) a federal state including Donbass as a pro Russian counterweight to western Ukraine. Russia cannot afford western Ukraine as an independent and extremely hostile country with the Right Sector totally out of control. In this case, this war will not achieve any of the main goals.

Only Bernhard at Moon of Alabama comes even close to that, but the sheer scope of his expertise doesn’t come close to matching the scope of Mercouris’s, which is more vast than that of anyone I know of.
