Reacting to the British government requiring Covid-19 vaccine passes for access to live venues and nightclubs, musician Eric Clapton said he would cancel shows at places that discriminated against the unvaccinated.

It’s hilarious to see nobody’s calling Clapton a racist. He was at the forefront of promoting forgotten artists like BB King, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Robert Johnson, Ledbelly as just a small list of Black artists he helped bring back into the limelight. Later with his Crossroads festivals he brought back folk like Hubert Sumlin and new artists like Robert Randolph. BTW All Black artists.
