The “Rules-Based International Order” = whatever US imperialism says it is. Bush Sr. put it this way at the time the Soviet Union collapsed: the “New World Order” is “what we say goes”. US imperialism is the world hegemon. By the way, I don’t think Poppy had the slightest intention of keeping that promise about NATO not moving one inch to the east of Germany. Great comment, interesting theory about Poppy Bush. I agree with a lot of what you wrote, but I would argue there is no single person behind 9/11. Yes, Poppy Bush was probably involved and yes, there was a stand-down order by Americans during 9/11, so it was an inside job. But there is a bigger thing behind it. Instead of Bush, I would suggest you look into Peter Dale Scott and COG (Continuity of Government) and the Doomsday Project.
