There is no hope for Europe. For good reason, Europe has no friends, no allies, and nothing the rest of the world needs. Europe is dependent on the US, Russia, and China, and all three of those countries view Europe as liability. No one has any motivation to keep Europe alive, and every motivation to see Europe decline into an irrelevant part of the world.
