The only reason why claims are being made of North Korean missiles being used by Russia is because a narrative has been constructed for over a year that Russia has nearly exhausted its missile supplies. How can such a narrative be reconciled with these latest Russian strikes. Of course!!! Russia must have turned to North Korea for missile resupply!
