The only country with any cultural ties to ancient Kharzaria in Western Europe is Finland. The Finnish language is part of the same Ural-Altaic language group as Kharzarian. Ashkenazi Jews didn’t come from Finland and spoke Yiddish which has no contributions, at all, from Ural-Altaic
The Khazars did not come from anywhere near Finland, but from the geographical area of modern day eastern Ukraine, southern Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and western Kazakhstan.

Linguistic influence is not just the incorporation of various vocabulary words. A language’s syntax, how humor or cynicism are conveyed, how emphasis is created,the use of culturally specific references (e.g.. cross the Rubicon) and idioms are among many variables considered. Yidish is very distinct from Ural-Altaic language.

True. But somehow that doesn’t seem to be as vicious as the USA money trap. Once a country owes the US money, it is asked to do all sorts of things. Remember the UK after WW2. The US made them give up the vestiges of their empire, mineral rights in various places, inventions discovered during WW2, everything. Also remember Oran (the French will never forget).
