Aircraft carries are sitting ducks. If the US does start a war with Iran, those aircraft carriers out there are going to be sunk by Iranian missiles especially designed for that purpose. Three aircraft carriers = three sitting ducks. I think sending them all is very consistent with a bluff, not a real intention to attack. Trump wants to get out of this with a nuclear deal with Iran. He will say his policy of peace through strength worked, and bring the armada home. Netanyahu won’t like it.
