The 25th amendment (removal of a sitting US president for cause) requires a two-thirds approval vote by US Congress (Senate and House) to succeed. If Vance can make it to January, Vance will have a very good chance of accomplishing that.
However, to invoke the 25th amendment will immediately constitute a “night of the long knives” and take great courage and skill to stay the course to success. Personally in my opinion, where Vance is a Peter Thiel surrogate, I doubt Vance has what it takes to do so. Vance is also compromised by the Canaanite class, and owes many favors in light of how he got where he got.

Congressional Democrats will assume control of Congress in January, but they are just as suspect as Vance, with regard to potential cowardice in the face of battle. That’s because Hakeem Jeffries, Cory Booker, John Fetterman, and Chuck Schumer (for example) are all significantly compromised by AIPAC and Israeli lobby groups.
Right now, the Donor Class and corrupt Tech Bros are frantically learning the new political calculus after the mid terms, hoping to ensure their continued Bohemian Club grasp on power. Not just AI agents, Elite strategists are furiously calculating the odds to improve Elite donor class survival going forward — which also relates to calculations regarding the Middle East’s only joke of a “democracy”.
Vance seems to be testing the water with his “four points” post on why the war was lost, presumably MAGA too, to see where that might take him. That is, Vance likely runs private polls that Vance personally authorizes by contract.
The Israeli regime, its donor class, and Elon Musk poured many millions of US dollars into the US midterm elections, with poor results. One way to stop the donor class is to continually deprive them of their political capital funds; but Europe and the west at large still have a long way to go before they are quite rightly bankrupted.
So, will an effort to remove Trump from office via the 25th amendment be invoked by the new US Congress in January of 2027 or after? That seems somewhat unlikely unless his physical and mental heath decline somewhat more than it has than to date. And will also likely depend on whether the War Party proceeds with its disastrous war on Iran, and how that goes. Impeachment (again) may be considered too, but the 25th amendment seems a more likely scenario for successful removal from office.
Regardless, it is clear that a demented madman is in charge of the former United States, with exclusive Executive power to proceed on any matter his apparently crazed mind so chooses. And that alone should be enough to invoke the 25th amendment right now. The world cannot wait while crazed madmen threaten a foreign sovereign nation with nuclear destruction.
