Regards the flat batteries, that’s quiet a revelation. In fact most of those batteries would not have been flat, but degraded to be useless and require replacement. Surprised the techno bods in the U.S. and Ukraine would have been well aware of this. Regards, the Howitzers, Ukraine had plenty of them which the Russians destroyed right at the start. I guess the American donations will go the same way.
