Correction 36, Mr Diesen’: Post war Europeans didn’t want the ‘EU to work collectively’, a European Council was what emerged initially post-war. Union came much later.
(Nor is a collective necessarily or even possibly at all, quite in union as I understand it.)

In answer to Ray McGoverns’s Question: Why Don’t the Germans have the guts” ( to voice the obvious questions): In Germany, once the forced narrative is out in play, the only way to ‘ask the right questions’ is what is called revisionist history, for which you presently go to jail for a long time, and lose all. Even British historians visiting Germany face the threat. The Germans have been twice defeated and humiliated last Century, leading to USA hegemony over their race, largely supervised by a Jewish collective.
