I totally agree with you, James. One thing that did strike me when Alexander talked about the rubbishy systems being sent to Ukraine was that this might be on purpose. Countries were more or less blackmailed, against their wishes, into sending weapons and I do wonder whether they’ve sent those that are obsolete and don’t even work, to meet their imposed obligations.
Yes, I agree Diana. NATO countries have slow-walked the delivery of weapons, ammunition and funds to Ukraine all along. The human tragedy is that Ukrainians have been played by NATO and the E.U. that they would ‘stand shoulder to shoulder in solidarity’ with Ukraine. They are now human sacrifices to the arrogance, hubris and ultimately indifference of the West. At some point in the future, they will understand that they were played for fools with false promises since before the war began. This is the real war crime.

Russian leaders know the Collective West is wholly dishonorable and cannot be trusted to abide by any security guarantees as set forth in Russia’s proposed draft treaties, even if they were completely agreed to by the West as finalized in writing.
