Pro-democracy protestors in Sudan, Khartoum, Oct, 26, 2021 The US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is a man in a hurry. The president expects him to produce foreign-policy success stories. Success stories are desperately needed as post-Afghanistan, the superpower has become laughing stock universally. The trans-Atlantic alliance is seriously disoriented and Russia is on the …

As I have said, the once all powerful US empire has p**d away it’s strength. Corruption, endless wars driven by crazy neocon zionist imperial dreams, or neoliberal interventionist, who seem to want liberal democracy via the use of violence, mostly against non white poor countries, and Not forget the 2008 financial crisis, caused by corporate lawlessness, and stupidity, by the giving of mortgages to people with Not the financial means to honour their debts, on what can probably be a blamed on coke head lap dancing hedonists in Wall street.. With regard to the Blinken dilemma you highlight his limitations, along with others in the current administration. He is not alone, where do you identify any person who is achieving the requirements in their very important positions of the administration? Is there in fact a lack, from top to bottom, of the current… Read more »
I hate to say it, but the longer the USG stays out of the picture on the world stage the better. It seems that Russia and China have superior diplomats and will bring a better life, peace, and prosperity to many people. When the USG is functioning they don’t solve problems they seek to create problems for others.
