Very pleasant to receive Mr Cristoforou’s digests and analyses against the fine looking beaches of Thessaloniki, BUT a siren in the background for many minutes spoiled it for me. I had to wonder what could be the reason for the continuous siren? Usually a siren is on a moving police vehicle or ambulance or fire-truck. It’s bad, but it’s temporary. The vehicle move on and away, or it arrives at its destination and the continuation is unnecessary. I get paranoid about such disturbances. Is it designed to spoil Alex’s broadcast? The EU continuously talks as if they have not already lost Russia, it’s bizarre.
