Russia should take everything it can, leaving nothing but a rump for the EU/US/UK to waste it’s cash on. Boris Johnson is a right buffoon, Biden has an excuse he is not in his body,, it is time that the US military put a stop to those pressing for WW3. a war which no one wins, Russia has the means to deal a deadly blow to the US without even leaving the country. I would say that Boris Johnson, due to his scuppering of an agreement between Russia and Ukraine, has a lot on his conscience (or would have if he had one). His interference has caused the loss of more of Ukraine’s territory and infrastructure than it would have done had the agreement been signed as a legal document. Many of the 7.5 million internally displaced people might still be in their homes; the number of people who have fled the country as refugees (5.5 million) might be lower; and Poland would not be trying to accommodate three million of them. I actually don’t feel sorry for those in that factory because they are the ones who have been killing the eastern Ukrainians that speak Russian. But I do support Putin’s waiting strategy.
