I’m a bit hazy about this Ukrainians in Russia thing. I would have thought they were people from the new Russian oblasts (Donetsk, Lugansk, etc.) and are no longer Ukrainian. Maybe I’m wrong and there are other people in Russia who do not come from the five new oblasts and who still hold Ukrainian nationality.
